Create a dazzling Rose design with sparkling sequins pinned onto a colored picture attached to a polystyrene base.

Fold the printed backing sheet around the polystyrene base and pin the flaps to the back of the base to secure the picture. The front of the backing sheet is printed with dots to show where the sequins are pinned. Made in the UK.
